Maybe your new favorite bean dish:

Clean the white cabbage and slice or possibly chop into strips. Remove the skin from the onions, garlic cloves and carrots and finely dice them. Heat the oil in a large saucepan, start by sautéing the onions, then add the minced meat and the white cabbage and sauté as well. Add the carrots and the garlic, fill up with the clear soup and simmer gently. Remove the stalks from the tomatoes, chop them and add them to the stew together with the juice and the drained beans. Season with salt and pepper and make about 1/2 hours, stirring always another time. Just before serving, carefully season with cayenne pepper and Tabasco.

Serve with white bread.
