Instructions:

Peel the fine upper skin from the beef liver. Cut the beef liver into thin slices. Heat a little oil in a frying pan and fry the sliced onion until golden brown. Remove the frying pan from the stove, add sugar and paprika powder, mix briefly. Add soy sauce and marjoram, briefly stir again, season with salt and freshly ground pepper to taste and set aside.

Clean and season the young onions, first coat them in flour, then in beaten egg and finally in the breadcrumbs. Fry in hot fat until golden brown.
