For the spelt vegetable wok, cook the spelt in boiling salted water for about 20 minutes until soft. In the meantime, wash or peel the vegetables and cut or divide into coarse pieces.

Pour wok vegetables and peas into a colander and rinse well. Heat the sesame oil in the wok and fry the vegetables in it. Deglaze with the soy sauce, add some liquid and steam the whole thing in about 15 minutes until al dente.

Finally, mix in the spelt, season to taste and enjoy.
