For the zucchini vegetables, finely chop the onion and fry in oil, dice the zucchini (if the peel is already too hard, peel it off) and fry with it – paprika and deglaze with a dash of wine vinegar.

Add salt and water (the zucchini should be covered) – steam until soft. Add a little flour to the cream and stir into the zucchini mixture – continue cooking briefly.

A good brown bread goes well with the zucchini vegetables.
