For the spinach:

For the honey mustard salmon fillet, remove the salmon from the freezer and allow to thaw. Pat dry with a paper towel. Mix honey, mustard, pepper and salt and coat the salmon with it.

Cut the onion into small cubes and sauté in a pan with a little oil or butter. Then add the salmon and fry on both sides.

For the fried potatoes, boil the potatoes until soft, peel and cut into pieces. Dredge the potato pieces in flour and sauté with the finely chopped onion in a second pan until nicely browned.

For the spinach vegetables, heat the spinach leaves in a saucepan and season with garlic (pressed), salt, pepper and cream.
