For the baked tofu: Cut the tofu into 1cm thick strips, salt and season with freshly ground white pepper. Heat the fat in a frying pan and brown the tofu pieces on both sides. Finally, deglaze with a few dashes of soy sauce. Put them on a plate and let them cool down. Place two strudel sheets on top of each other and cut into nine pieces. Now place a parsley leaf in the upper third and drizzle with a little sweet and sour chili sauce, place the fried tofu on top of it, cover again with a parsley leaf and chili sauce. Fold in the side of the strudel leaf – left and right – and wrap the tofu piece. Heat frying fat place the packets seam side down and fry until brown. For the core oil dip: Mix all ingredients together and season with a little salt until ready.
