For the spelt-raisin loaf, melt the butter in a saucepan and add the milk and honey. Add yeast, salt and raisins to the flour and mix.
Empty the butter-milk mixture into the flour mixture and mix well. Add the egg and mix well (possibly with a food processor or mixer).
Let dough rise until doubled in size (warm place), then shape on countertop 32 pcs. Form loaves and place on greased baking sheet.
Let them also rise for 20 minutes, meanwhile preheat oven to 200 degrees. Bake the loaves until they are light brown and remove.
