For the mushroom vegetables with herb cream cheese, cut the vegetables into thin wide strips, finely chop the shallot onion, chop the mushrooms, finely chop the herbs.

In a pan, sauté shallots, mushrooms and vegetables in butter, add some beef broth. Season with as fresh herbs as possible and steam until the vegetables are firm to the bite.

Stir in the herb cream cheese and season with salt and pepper.
