Cook the pasta until al dente.

Dice the bacon. Fry slowly in a large frying pan with oil at low temperature.

Beat the whipped cream and eggs with a whisk until creamy, season well with salt and pepper. Add half of the Parmesan cheese.

Peel the garlic and chop finely. Remove the crispy fried bacon cubes from the fat and keep warm. Add the garlic to the drippings and sauté gently.

Drain the pasta well and put it in a frying pan.

Turn thoroughly in the bacon fat. Remove the frying pan from the heat, pour in the egg and whipped cream mixture and quickly mix into the pasta without the eggs starting to set. The sauce should remain nice and creamy.

Arrange the pasta, sprinkle the bacon cubes on top, season with freshly ground pepper.

Serve the remaining cheese separately.
