Mix the flour, salt and oil and gradually add the water until a firm dough is formed. Rest the dough in the refrigerator for a little while. Roll out about 30 cm x 30 cm patties with a rolling pin (about 1-2 mm thick).
Place the patties on a baking sheet and bake at about 220 C§ until they are not yet brown (they must still be pliable).
Bring the pineapple juice to a boil, thicken with cornstarch and add the Fallaffel spice. Leave to cool for about 15 minutes.
Cover the dough patty with pineapple, ham and cheese, sprinkle with a little bit of sesame seeds and spread a little bit of sauce evenly on top. Now roll up the pancake tightly and bake it in the oven at about 200 C§ until it is slightly brown – according to taste.
serve all together preferably warm – but tastes also a day later cooled down.
Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, this gives your dish a wonderful touch!
