For the strudel dough, sift flour onto a work surface. Make a dimple in the center of the flour and mix the remaining ingredients, previously beaten off, with the flour until a dough is formed.

Then knead until the dough pulls away from the work surface. (10 minutes)Place on a floured board, brush with oil and let rest covered for 1-2 hours.
