For the raisin rice pudding, add the vanilla sugar, sweetener and rice to the milk and bring to the boil. Let swell for 20 minutes, add raisins.
Soak the gelatine in cold water. Remove the milk from the stove and stir in the squeezed gelatin.
Pour the mixture into a bowl and let it harden in the refrigerator for about 4 hours.
Arrange the raisin rice pudding and serve.
