Instructions:

The day before prepare flour, butter and salt into fine crumbles and keep cooled.

A day later, work in 1 or two eggs. Do not work too intensively, just until the dough is smooth.

Roll out the dough and spread it on a greased fruit tart pan, pricking it several times with a fork. Sprinkle a thin layer of semolina on top.

Pour in the berries and place in the stove over a good medium heat.

After 20 min sprinkle the sugar and bake for another 10 min.

Serve lukewarm with fresh whipped cream or yogurt.

Tip: Use a normal or light yogurt yes as needed!
