Cut unpeeled pumpkin into small wedges and remove seeds. Cut peeled onions into wedges, dice bacon and peeled garlic. Chop marjoram.

Melt clarified butter in a large coated frying pan and roast pumpkin wedges in it over medium heat for 4 min. Add onions and bacon and roast for another 4 min. Cut the apple unpeeled into wedges, remove the core. Add apple slices and garlic to the roasting pan and continue roasting for 6-8 min. Salt and pepper, stir in marjoram and bring to the table on the spot.
