For the dandelion honey, pluck the dandelion flowers – only the yellow parts of the flowers are used.

Put the petals in a jar, add the cloves and cinnamon and pour the honey over them.

Close the jar tightly and keep it in a warm place for 2 to 3 weeks. After this time, filter the honey through a sieve.
