Rose Petal Honey

For the rose petal honey, wash the rose petals, clean them, pluck them apart and pat them dry or let them dry.

Pour a few spoonfuls of honey into the empty jars, layer a few rose petals on top and immediately cover with honey again, continue layering until the jars are full.

Close the jars and let them rest, turning or shaking them again and again so that the petals do not stick together and the honey surrounds them nicely.

The petals are like dried and can be taken out of the honey.
