For the pasta with spicy tuna sauce, cook the pasta according to instructions. Finely chop the onion and garlic.
Sauté onion in oil for 2 minutes, add garlic and fry a little. Deglaze with balsamic vinegar and add the tomatoes, drained tuna, soup seasoning, oregano, basil and chili.
Cook with the lid on for about 5 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper and sugar.
Serve the pasta with spicy tuna sauce in portions and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
