For dandelion with raisins, blanch the washed dandelion leaves in salted water for five minutes and then drain in a sieve.

Heat a little olive oil in a frying pan and slowly fry anchovy fillets, fennel seeds, raisins and pine nut over low heat. Add the pressed garlic.

Add the blanched dandelion to the pan, season with salt and pepper and a good dash of olive oil.

Serve dandelion with raisins as an appetizer with crusty bread!
