Instructions:

For the dandelion honey, remove the green parts of the flowers and pour the water over them, leave to infuse for about 1-2 hours.

Wash the untreated orange hot, grate the peel and squeeze the juice and add. Bring everything to a boil.

Cover the mixture and let it steep overnight (8 – 12 h), strain, add the sugar and mint and bring to a boil.

Let the mixture simmer on low heat for 3 – 4 hours. Remove the mint after about 1 hour. Continue to simmer the remaining mixture until it has reduced to the right consistency.

Fill into jam jars while still hot and seal well.
