For the dandelion salad, wash the dandelion, spin dry and cut into bite-sized pieces.

Wash the spring onions and radishes and cut into thin slices or rings. Peel and chop garlic. Mix the dandelions, green onion, radishes and garlic together.

Marinate the dandelion salad with balsamic vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper.
