Bread Soup with Liver Sausage

Sauté the leek, onion, carrot and celery in hot butter, season with a little caraway and garlic. Add the bread and the liver sausage. Fill up with clear soup and cook for about 20 minutes. Season with a little salt and a little marjoram. Before serving, sprinkle with parsley.
