For the pasta salad with baked goat cheese, cook penne and let cool. Halve the cherry tomatoes, chop the salami, deseed the chili pepper and cut into fine strips, cut the basil leaves into strips.
Mix vinegar, oil, sugar, basil, salt and pepper to make a marinade. Cut mozzarella in half, place in a bowl with pasta, mix with remaining ingredients and marinade.
Cut baguette into 1.5 cm slices and goat cheese into 1 cm slices. Spread baguette slices on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, top with goat cheese and bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for about 10 minutes.
Serve with salad.
