Instructions:

Boil the sugar and water. Add the lime blossoms and honey to the hot sugar solution and chill with the lid closed.

Finally, add the lemon slices and the citric acid and leave it in a cool place with the lid closed for 5 to 7 days.

Drain the syrup and bottle it. Cork and keep refrigerated.
