For the zucchini soup, peel the potato and cut into small cubes, peel the onion and cut into coarse pieces. Bring both to a boil in the clear vegetable soup.

Wash the zucchini and cut into pieces. Wash the lovage, dry it and add it to the soup together with the caraway seeds and zucchini and simmer for 10-15 minutes.

Blend well with a hand blender and when the soup stops boiling, stir in the miso paste (preferably also with a hand blender). D

Toast the sesame seeds in a hot pan without oil and sprinkle on the soup.
