For the mango buttermilk shake, peel the mango and cut off a small piece for decoration. Finely puree the rest. Add honey and spices and mix in with the buttermilk.

Fill the shake well chilled into glasses. Attach a piece of mango to the rim of the glass for decoration and serve the shake with a straw.
