For the plum pizza, lay out the puff pastry on a baking sheet, bending it up a bit at the edges (it’s easier with a baking frame).

Prick the dough several times. In the meantime, beat the egg whites, add the sugar, the canola oil and finally the almonds and mix thoroughly.

Spread the mixture on the puff pastry. Cover the dough with the plum halves.

Bake the plum pizza in the oven at about 190 degrees for half an hour.
