Wash, peel, quarter, core and cut apples into pieces.
Boil 3 tablespoons of water, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice and 1 tablespoon of sugar, add the apple pieces and steam for about 3 minutes with the lid closed until soft. Then let cool.
Mix 5 tbsp. milk and 4 tbsp. cornstarch until smooth. Heat the remaining milk. Caramelize 100 g sugar until golden, add the hot milk, stirring constantly until the caramel has completely dissolved.
Whisk in the cornstarch and briefly bring to a boil. Continue to simmer, stirring constantly, for 1 minute, then cool until the consistency is pudding-like.
Pour apples and pudding alternately into 4 dessert glasses and chill.
Whip whipped cream until stiff and decorate pudding with whipped cream topping.
