Instructions:

Peel bananas and cut into small pieces. Sort strawberries, wash, pat dry, pluck calyxes and chop.

Put the fruit in a blender with vanilla sugar, soured milk, coconut flakes and lemon juice and puree finely, adding a little mineral water if necessary.

Divide the shake into glasses, garnish with strawberries and serve.
