For the Tortellini Carbonara, cook the tortellini in plenty of salted water for about 10-15 minutes. For the sauce, finely chop the onion and sauté in butter until golden.

Finely dice the ham and add and fry. Pour in milk and season with herb salt, salt and pepper. Add cheese wedges and sour cream and let melt.
