Instructions:

Mix the curd, yogurt, juice of one lemon and sugar with a whisk and leave to cool for 30 minutes. Fold in the whipped cream and arrange the cream.

Form the chocolate sauce in the middle and draw ornaments into the cream with a toothpick. Chop the pistachios and garnish the cream with them.

Tip: Use better chocolate – the more delicious the result!
