For the yeast dough Krampus crumble the yeast into a bowl and sprinkle a little sugar over it. Melt the butter and add it with the milk to the liquid yeast.
Mix with 1 egg, the sugar and a pinch of salt. Finally, mix in about 1 kg of plain flour. Let the dough rise.
