Clean, rinse and divide the broccoli into roses. Finely chop the onion and sauté in butter until translucent. Add the vegetables and sauté briefly, turning gently. Pour in the clear soup and season. Simmer the soup over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Blend in a hand mixer or with a hand blender until creamy. Stir in the sour cream or crème fraiche and season to taste.

Cook and season with small cubes of cooked ham.

Tip: Always use an aromatic ham, it will give your dish a wonderful touch!
