For the Vegetable Cereal Loaves, wash the vegetables. Cut the zucchini into small cubes. Halve the bell bell pepper, remove the seeds, white membranes and stalk and also dice the pod. Peel and grate the carrot. Chop the coriander. Beat the egg whites with a little salt.

Mix the vegetable cubes with the remaining ingredients, finally fold in the snow.

Heat sesame oil in a pan. Using a tablespoon, make small piles of the vegetable mixture and place them in the pan, flattening them slightly. Turn and fry the patties on the second side. Drain the vegetable-grain loaves on paper towels and serve hot.
