Wash the meat and cut into strips. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Cut the bell bell pepper and carrot into thin strips.

Cook the rice in water until soft.

Heat the oil and fry the meat in it. Add onion, bell bell pepper and carrot strips and fry briefly. Mix in the finished rice.

Season with salt and pepper and serve the vegetable rice with pork cutlets.
