For the fish with spinach sauce, wash the fish, season and fry in oil. Wash the spinach, cut it coarsely, put it dripping wet into a pot with some oil and let it collapse over medium heat.

Add garlic and whipping cream, season with soup seasoning, salt and pepper and bind with a little flour if necessary.

Arrange the fish on a plate and spread the spinach on top.
