For the grilled bell bell pepper with cheese, wash the bell bell pepper and pat dry. Cut lengthwise with a knife, but do not cut through and carefully remove the seeds. Gently pry the bell pepper apart to do this.

Mix the oil and spices together and carefully rub the inside and outside of the bell pepper.

Roll the gouda slices together and place one cheese roll inside each bell pepper. Place on the grill for about 10 minutes, turning frequently.

The grilled peppers with cheese can also be easily prepared in an oven with grill function. It goes well with a yogurt-sour cream sauce with herbs.
