For the sweet Christmas tree, first remove the two leaf doughs from the package and cut them into uniform, triangular fir trees with trunks.

Spread one of the two trees with cranberry jam, sprinkle with sugar and dust with cinnamon. Then place the second puff pastry tree right on top of the first.

Using sharp scissors, cut strips about 1 1/2 inches wide and 6 inches long from both sides, starting above the trunk. The farther up the strips are, the shorter they will be.

Turn each strip on its axis several times so that the cranberry filling is visible.

Brush the sweet Christmas tree with milk and bake in the preheated oven according to package directions until it turns a nice golden color.
