For the vegetable loaves, peel and finely dice the onion. Peel and press garlic. Clean, wash, peel and finely grate carrots.

Peel and grate zucchini. Finely chop parsley.

Place curd, onions, carrots, zucchini, eggs, garlic, oatmeal, parsley, salt and pepper in a large bowl and knead with hands until uniform.

Run hands under cold water and form loafs from mixture. Heat butter in a frying pan and fry vegetable loaves until golden brown on all sides.
