For the sauce:


lay one on top of the other and score the top layer in the middle. Mix the halved, seeded grapes with the cream cheese, vanilla sugar and honey, place on the incised puff pastry form and bake in the oven.

For the sauce, mix the yogurt, honey and chopped mint and spread on a flat plate. Arrange everything on the sauce level and garnish with powdered sugar and mint leaves.

Tip: Use creamy natural yogurt for an even finer result!
