Pasta dishes are always a good idea!
Put on turkey top leg with cleaned greens, peeled garlic cloves, 1 tsp. salt and 2 l water and lightly boil for 1 1/2 hours. Take out leg, remove meat in large pieces. Drain clear soup, bring to boil again and add peeled, sliced tomatoes, washed, diced zucchini, peeled, halved, sliced onion and oregano. Bring the stew to a boil and pour in the pasta (or long-grain rice). Cook for 10 minutes. Then add the peas, the meat and the peppers, cleaned and cut into thin strips. Cook gently for another 5 minutes. Season with salt, bell pepper and paprika powder. If you want the stew to be less viscous, add a little water or vegetable juice.
