Peel and dice onion, finely dice bread.
Mix minced meat, bread cubes, egg, onion, mustard and lemon juice, season with salt and pepper.
Chop half of the dill, mix in. Form meat loaves with wet hands.
Heat oil in a pan and fry meatballs in it for 3-5 minutes on each side, then keep warm.
For the vegetables, peel cucumbers, cut in half lengthwise, scrape out seeds. Cut cucumbers into pieces. Peel and dice onion.
Sauté cucumbers and onion in hot fat. Add soup and mustard seeds, sauté for about 5 minutes until soft, thicken with sauce thickener and mix in crème fraîche. Season to taste with salt and freshly ground pepper.
Arrange meat loaf with vegetables and garnish with remaining dill.
