Instructions:

A great fish recipe to make yourself:

1. briefly rinse tuna slices, dry with kitchen towel.

Mix 3 tbsp. juice of one lemon with salt, pepper and 4 tbsp. olive oil. Place tuna in a freezer bag with halved bay leaves and lemon oil, seal tightly and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, turning occasionally.

Heat the olive oil with the butter in a large frying pan. Lift the tuna slices out of the marinade, remove the bay leaves. Roast in the frying pan for about 5 min on each side. The fish must be just cooked through.

Season with salt and season lightly with pepper. Lift out of the frying pan onto a preheated plate. Remove the marinade from the bottom of the pan (but without the bay leaves), bring to the boil and pour over the fish. Garnish with fresh bay leaves, if desired.
