For the tuna salad with potatoes and romaine lettuce, boil the potatoes in salted water until soft, rinse with cold water and peel immediately. Allow to cool.

Wash the romaine lettuce and cut the leaves into strips.

Peel onion and chop finely.

Wash parsley, shake dry and finely chop the leaves.

Cut the potatoes into slices and mix with the lettuce strips and the onion pieces.

Drain tuna well and shred.

Mix with the vegetables.

For the dressing, mix vinegar and oil and season with salt and pepper.

Drizzle the tuna salad with potatoes and romaine lettuce with the dressing and serve sprinkled with parsley.
