For the pasta with sardine tuna cream, cook the pasta in salted water until al dente. Finely chop the garlic and chop the capers, sardines and tuna.

Strain the pasta and add the sardines, tuna, garlic and capers. Sauté briefly, add whipping cream and let thicken for about 5 minutes.

Add the cheese and let it melt. Season with salt, pepper and chives and serve ide pasta with sardine-tuna cream.
