Instructions:

Prepare a yeast dough from the ingredients for the dough and let it rise. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 1 cm and cut out with a form.

Rest the round dough plates again. In the meantime, heat the fat to about 160 °C.

Then take a dough plate and half surround a wooden stick with it.

While doing this, leisurely shape the dough from the tip over the wooden stick.

Then, using a pair of household scissors, pluck small scales from the dough along the stick towards the tip, so that the dough then resembles a pine cone.

Now finish baking the dough pulled and scaled onto the wooden stick in the fat until medium brown. The wooden stick comes off very easily when the dough is done baking.

For the filling, they now prepare a pudding, which must be very solid. Therefore, use twice the mass of instant powder.

Then fill the pine cones with the hot pudding and cool the amount.
