Instructions:

For the pita with anchovies, first cut the onion into thin semicircles and garlic into wedges.

Heat the olive oil and lightly fry the onion and garlic. Add the strained tomatoes and cook until the liquid has evaporated. Add the thyme and parsley, salt and pepper.

Knead the dough from all the ingredients and roll it out. Spread the filling on half of the dough and put the anchovies on top. Fold the other half of the dough on top.

Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake the patty for about 40 minutes until the dough is yellow.

Cut the pancake with anchovies into pieces and serve.
