For the peppermint mousse, first prepare the orange jelly. To do this, soak the gelatin in cold water, heat the orange juice, warm the squeezed gelatin in it and let it cool a bit.

Peel the orange or tangerine, cut into small pieces and put into small glasses. Pour the orange-gelatin juice on top and refrigerate for about 2 hours until the jelly is firm.

For the peppermint layer, soak gelatin in cold water. Whip the cream until stiff. Warm about 50 ml of peppermint tea and dissolve the squeezed gelatin in it. Mix with the remaining cold tea, yogurt, lemon juice and sugar and finally fold in the cream carefully.

Pour the mousse into the glasses and chill for at least 2 hours. For the orange jelly (2) dissolve gelatin in the warmed orange juice. Add the syrup and let it cool a bit. Pour everything into the glasses and refrigerate the peppermint mousse for at least 2 hours.
