Try this delicious noodle dish:
1. clean Chinese cabbage, rinse, shake dry and cut into wide strips. Knead with 1 tsp salt until a little crumbly. Stir vinegar, sugar, 2 tbsp oil and sambal oelek and drizzle over cabbage.
Cook the glass noodles according to package instructions, drain, rinse with ice cold water, drain well and cut into bite-sized pieces.
3. place fish fillet in a wire strainer. Mix 1/81 water with 2 tbsp soy sauce. Cut chili pepper in half lengthwise, remove seeds, rinse pepper well, then divide into fine rings. Add to water, bring to a boil, place strainer insert with fish and steam at low temperature for 5 minutes with lid closed. Lift out fish, cool and divide into bite-sized pieces.
Clean onions, rinse and cut diagonally into 2 cm long pieces. Clean and rinse celery, cut into half moons. Place vegetables in a large enough bowl. Mix noodles with the vegetables, add fish and crab tails, arrange the whole on the Chinese cabbage.
Stir the juice of one lemon with the remaining soy sauce, add the remaining oil and whisk well. Chop the lemongrass and season the marinade with it. Pour marinade over salad. Sprinkle with chili pepper rings from the fish broth to taste.
