Instructions:

For the meatloaf rolls, slice onion and tomatoes. Grease casserole dish with butter. Place tomato and onion slices and season with salt and pepper.

Spread liver cheese slices with mustard, fill each with a cheese slice and gherkin strips, roll up, wrap with bacon and place on top of vegetables.

Place remaining 4 cheese slices on top and add wine or soup. Bake in preheated oven at 200 degrees convection for 10 – 15 minutes. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
