Instructions:

The chicken is cut up (if you don’t like the skin, peel it off first), thick parts are scored (a few times). All the spice ingredients are made into a paste and put into the chicken pieces.

If you want it to go quickly, you can grill the chicken after 4-5 hours of marinating (you can leave it outside for this time, but it tastes better if you leave it in the refrigerator for one night). During grilling you should brush it from time to time with a little bit of oil.

Many leaf salads and e.g. pita bread go well with it.

Tip: Use a regular or light yogurt, yes, as needed!
